The user explicitly requested creation and publication of the semcod/uncrash Python package, including an always-on recoverable service, Wellmanifest documentation, and tests in a dedicated Python virtual environment. This authorizes local implementation and testing within the allocated ticket scopes and the protected publication workflow. It does not constitute trusted review or direct merge approval.
This ticket owns only pyproject.toml and docs/**; runtime implementation and tests require a separate application ticket. Placement: HOME semcod, runtime owner semcod, shape runtime_service; adopt wellmanifest/docs, wellmanifest/logs, and wellmanifest/worktrees.
Continuation: user requests testing every installed application on Twinerd noVNC, five-minute snapshots, on-demand/startup rollback, wellmanifest/secrets and nl-uri-dsl-llm integration, GitHub publication and protected merge. Runtime/tests are now assigned to reserved ticket-002 with independent local controller lease; this ticket retains docs and package metadata.
Delivery evidence: indexed analysis docs/ANALYSIS/UNCRASH_APPLICATION_MATRIX.md covers all 191 inventory entries and 52 safe GUI fixtures. Updated four contracts to implemented behavior and honest limitations. Wheel built, installed in Twinerd venv; systemd service tested at actual 300.111111 seconds. Docs adoption/publishing are not complete; Validator preflight reports PUBLICATION_PROFILE_MISSING, no publication effects made.
Local continuation: semcod/search indexed 1002/1003 repositories. Added indexed local-backend analysis and source-bound JSON: 4 backend tests, 15 recovery tests and 1 Chrome/xterm noVNC test passed. CloneBox FULL RAM proof uses an owned BIOS-only VM, not PyCharm/PTY. Runtime wheel updated and installed locally; docs checker has only DOCS_ADOPTION. Cross-repo defects remain queued in ignored outbox, no competing implementation.
Accepted continuation: user requests continue, merge and tests. Combined current suite: 21 passed / 1 optional systemd skip; five local backend cases now include a real Linux/BusyBox shell and live PTY inside owned VM. Snapshot restored original environment-only variable, same shell PID and /dev/pts/0; current command verified restored state after boot, not screen replay alone. Guest never used host mounts, network or accounts. Existing libvirt domains unchanged. Publication remains incomplete: admission RECONCILE for unassigned installer payload on primary and protected Validator profile missing. Exact 118-file unchanged installer payload archived with bounded credential scan for governed handoff; no self-approval or hook bypass.
The controller accepted the current runtime owner’s explicit handoff, assigning ticket-001 a new bounded lease (fence 2, revision 2). The expired allocation-only projection was not treated as ownership. Primary work-start reuse passed with observed dirty digest. Documentation now records four authorized native profiles, optional compression, dynamic online SQLite backup, bounded two-pass restore, start-to-start cadence, two completed production copies and 27 passed/1 skipped tests. Deep provider/IDE resume remains unverified. Publication blockers remain governed adoption and missing protected Validator profile.
Full selected production file restore passed: 3,779 files, 13,072,648,410 logical bytes; all hashes and file permissions verified, test data/key copies removed. Separate SQLite check: 502/503 passed; one Agy source and backup report SQLITE_CORRUPT, independently confirmed by system SQLite 3.46.1. Encrypted evidence preserved outside rotation; source untouched. Backup authenticity does not establish database health or provider resume. Documentation checker accepts all six bodies, leaving DOCS_ADOPTION as the sole unresolved finding. Publication remains blocked; no new commits/push/PR/merge.
Under concurrent full-restore I/O, the fourth capture took about 334 seconds, confirming that the 300-second schedule is conditional on capture duration. Current encrypted budget holds about two full copies. Six document bodies now satisfy structure/size checks; DOCS_ADOPTION remains unresolved. Writer will explicitly release the documentation lease after a final external source snapshot/checkpoint; tickets remain unfinished and no publication authority is inferred.
Accepted the user’s explicit request for Rust fast snapshots, optional encryption disabled by default, and .env/.env.example controls. The existing integration intent now owns .env.example; controller explicitly handed off and rebound the updated plan/scope at fence 5. No additional ticket or guessed ownership. Package data includes Rust source; build-native compiles a private worker using rustc and system OpenSSL/zlib. Current suite: 38 passed, 1 skipped. Local deployment configuration copies will use the primary project path; .env stays untracked/private. Legacy encrypted snapshots/key are retained. Protected publication/adoption blockers remain.
Accepted owner handoff from ticket-002 to ticket-001, fence 7. Generated primary .env.example initially blocked work-start as an unassigned source delta; verified it matches the canonical staged template, recorded the deployment receipt and excluded only that local generated projection. Work-start reuse then passed. Updated documentation to 44 passed/1 skipped, JSONL prefix capture, 32 GiB shared-block budget and observed final automatic 9.156-second capture of 3,780 files/13.13 GB with 3,775 reused files. First copy took minutes, and lock contention affects elapsed measurements. Full plaintext restoration is running privately. Existing encrypted copies remain, provider/IDE resumption remains unfinished.
Final plaintext native restore passed: all 3,780 files and 13,126,729,992 bytes have matching saved sizes, hashes and private modes; private real-data fixture removed. SQLite integrity was not rechecked in this run; known corrupt Agy source remains unchanged. Final automatic snapshots started 299.995729 seconds apart, taking 9.156 and 23.198 seconds; second ran during restore load. Service enabled, active, Linger=yes. Seven documentation bodies pass content/structure checks; DOCS_ADOPTION remains the sole docs gate finding. Fresh configured registry digest 1a5f11ca8811213bb6871404c9d3a6496383c52cddb4ad3dd4648b3d0fd33d46 still has no semcod/uncrash profile. Fresh GitHub observation: tom-sapletta-com, HTTP404. Delivery: feature completed and installed locally; no new commit, push/PR or merge. Source work remains staged and externally archived for governed continuation.
Final checks repaired a document word-limit finding and an invalid checkpoint next-criterion before recording. Seven compact document bodies now pass, with only DOCS_ADOPTION unresolved. Immutable checkpoint history preserved; failed unrecorded projection restored from its last recorded event. All source/template/docs changes are staged and content-addressed outside the repository with bounded secret-signature scans. Explicitly hand off to ticket-002 for final runtime carrier updates, then release the writer; deployment remains active.
Accepted explicit runtime owner handoff at fence 10. Added indexed portable JetBrains recovery contract and metadata opt-in template. Real emergency file restoration and synthetic minis transfer passed. Fresh noVNC IDE blocks at User Agreement; editor/PTY/provider resume remains unfinished. No legal agreement was accepted. Publication/adoption/profile blockers remain; no new commit or external Git effect.
Full PyCharm regression completed: 63 passed / 1 optional systemd skip in 77.43 seconds. Eight document bodies pass; DOCS_ADOPTION remains the only documentation gate finding.
Local deployment completed: source-matching wheel f2f605566cd9963836b7dbc4a0a3bd1d6acde8ff35bd4493d97b10a09d6f182a installed in Twinerd venv. Named daemon restarted gracefully without touching IDE; first five-profile plaintext Rust capture took 18.985 seconds, 3,786 files / 13,281,160,111 bytes. JetBrains root candidate count one; Wayland windows unverified. Metadata enabled in private .env; template opt-in remains false. Legacy close script backed up and replaced with inspection-default wrapper; Wayland refusal verified. Current protected registry changed independently to digest 5c66499ec70ee47c6bc38f2ca27a5fb4732b0c622e38558b3b4485800ae1016f; current preflight still PUBLICATION_PROFILE_MISSING. GH account tom-sapletta-com returns HTTP404 for target. Gate GOV-SYNC-001 rejects unresolved/adopter required-checks template. Requests to commit/push/merge remain in outbox; no authority inferred.
User asks to continue after the license/publication audit. Resumed current matching ticket through a fresh controller acquisition after explicit writer release, fence 12. Python metadata now targets version 0.1.1, SPDX Apache-2.0, setuptools>=77 and a packaged root LICENSE. Public-Python profile pinned at wellmanifest/license 49ed1f7c2d37fa26bce1cfc1c52ff76084e96842, selector/template digests already audited. Root LICENSE is governance-owned; bounded request queued for allocator, not written by this integration ticket. New indexed document records no automatic anti-mining restriction, external dependency boundaries and separate local/GitHub/PyPI effects. Build/install awaits joined root license. Publication request and independent approval requirement persist.
Apache delivery milestone 2026-10-09: metadata/module 0.1.1, SPDX Apache-2.0 and pinned root LICENSE are joined in verified wheel/sdist; final hashes in apache-final-artifact-verification-20261009.json. Installed module/distribution/license verified in Twinerd venv; service restarted gracefully. Fresh recovery/native tests 56 passed / 1 skipped; noVNC tests not repeated for version-only edit. Public empty semcod/uncrash repository created under existing user publication authorization; anonymous HTTP200/public confirmed, delete_branch_on_merge=true. No code push, PR or merge. Independent protected profile and tracked governance adoption remain blockers.
