SESSION_EXECUTION_AUTHORIZATION: user requests continued implementation, tests for installed applications on Twinerd noVNC, GitHub publication and protected merge. Current ticket owns src/** and tests/**. ticket-001 owns package metadata and documentation. Source profiles are opt-in; test profiles use synthetic data and separate displays.
Recovery: allocator reserved ticket-002 and created this canonical worktree/metadata, then failed at relative ticket_storage.py lookup. The same admitted scope was validated by the unchanged managed helper at the primary checkout and completed without reallocation, renaming, or new identity.
Validation 2026-10-08: 44 passed, 1 optional systemd test skipped in the current combined suite. Rust plaintext/encrypted/compressed roundtrip, legacy encrypted reads, unchanged-file reuse, physical storage budget, online SQLite WAL and .env overrides passed. Real noVNC Chrome tabs/localStorage and xterm replay plus CloneBox RAM/Linux PTY fixtures passed. Production file restore previously verified 3779 files; one Agy SQLite source is corrupt. Genuine provider chat and host JetBrains terminal resumption remain unfinished. Final Rust package and .env deployed. After refused stable-read captures, JSONL prefix capture completed. Final automatic capture: 4 profiles, 13,126,729,992 bytes, 3775 reused files, 9.156 seconds. Prior encrypted copies retained. Full plaintext restore passed privately: all 3,780 files/13,126,729,992 bytes verified by saved sizes/hashes; test data removed. Next automatic capture took 23.198 seconds, starting 299.995729 seconds later.
Delivery: no new commit, no push/PR, no merge. Protected local Validator preflight says PUBLICATION_PROFILE_MISSING for semcod/uncrash. Main adoption scaffold also fails required-checks and scope gates. Preserve implementation and finalize adoption/profile through the protected boundary before publication.
2026-10-08 PyCharm incident continuation: new portable file-state export/import, bounded SSH receiver, process/window identity inspection and opt-in JetBrains metadata are implemented. Wayland close refuses focus injection; X11 requires explicit XID/PID/start identity. Live thread dumps show modal project-close/provenance callback; no host IDE signal or terminal read was sent. Emergency 133-file/86,166,986-byte restore passed hashes/modes. Synthetic SSH transfer to tom@minis passed and was removed remotely. Owned noVNC PyCharm reaches User Agreement; editor view and live terminal/provider sessions remain unverified. Full regression result is recorded in pycharm-suite-20261008-final; AC-03 remains incomplete.
Final incident milestone: combined tests 63 passed / 1 optional systemd skip in 77.43s. Source-matching wheel installed in Twinerd venv; first automatic five-profile plaintext Rust capture completed in 18.985s (3,786 files / 13,281,160,111 bytes), including LocalHistory and JetBrains identity metadata. Safe local close wrapper defaults to inspection; Wayland refusal verified, no user IDE signal. Current SSH minis fixture passed; personal data stayed local. PyCharm noVNC User Agreement window confirmed, editor view false; live PTY/provider restoration incomplete. Eight docs bodies pass, tracked DOCS_ADOPTION unresolved. Current GitHub HTTP404 and protected PUBLICATION_PROFILE_MISSING remain. Latest outbox: publication-outbox-20261008-pycharm.json. All implementation is staged and archived outside repository; no new commit/push/PR/merge. Controller writer will explicitly release with a final checkpoint.

Added read-only diagnose, fresh PID/start/boot ancestry collection, snapshot freshness/history checks, and provider summary/file reconciliation. Corrected implicit app termination, missing PID/start fencing, ignored force and close dry-run behavior. Canonical hourly logs follow wellmanifest/logs event/v1; 12 packaged error runbooks validated against source cd9d9558. Session UUID-to-tab attachment and terminal scrollback restoration remain unresolved; no report claims window restoration. Existing service was active but its last complete snapshot was stale; isolated real-data capture passed without changing production snapshots. Documentation/package metadata belongs to ticket001. No commit/push/merge is implied by tests or this record.
