Objectives

1. Adopt Testwins UX design patterns (testwins.ux-strategies/v1 dashboard patterns) in Uncrash web client:
   • Live synchronization indicator (.status-pulse).
   • High-contrast :focus-visible and reduced motion compliance.
   • Fast keyboard navigation: 1-9 keys for switching workspaces, F for fullscreen, R for stream reload, Esc to close preview.
   • Workspace HUD enhancements: live tab badge pills, copy direct noVNC link button, fullscreen mode toggle.
2. Maintain full backwards compatibility with existing snapshot preview and actions.
3. Validate with unit tests and governance checks.

Evidence & Verification

• Unit test suite: tests/test_web_ui.py passed with 35 tests.
• Governance check: ./project/governance-check.sh returned GOV-PASS: passed (0 errors, 0 warnings).
